Introduction to Medication Review

Available in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario, the Medication Review module allows you to conduct medication reviews at a pharmacy workstation and on a mobile device. This ensures fast and easy execution, with minimal paperwork. This module was developed in partnership with a dedicated group of your peers: PharmaClik Rx users from across Canada who are committed to offering enhanced patient-focused services in their pharmacies.

• Direct access from the PharmaClik Rx Workbench.
• Eligibility prompts identify patients who are eligible for a medication review.
• A patient list can be generated daily to find eligible patients.
• Ability to prepare and save a medication review prior to meeting with the patient.
• Automatic write-back from the review to the patient profile in PharmaClik Rx.
• Opportunities for pharmaceutical opinions can be triggered directly from the medication review (Ontario Only).
• Automatic creation of billing prescription on the Workbench > To Do tab upon completion of a review.
